1. This kitten has been vet checked and is guaranteed to be of sound health at the time of sale and for a period of 72 hours. During this time you are urged to take your kitten to your vet for examination. If the exam reveals a medical problem and the kitten has not been exposed to other pets, upon providing a certified statement by the examining veterinarian, the kitten can be exchanged for another available kitten of equal value. There are no cash refunds. If there are no replacements available, seller will have 6 months to provide a suitable replacement.
2. This kitten will be kept indoors and not be allowed to roam freely outside. The buyer agrees to provide a safe, healthy, loving home enviroment for the kitten.
3.If the kitten shows signs of sickness or distress, the buyer must provide immediate medical care. All guarantees will be null and void if you fail to do above.
4.All kittens will be registered with T.I.C.A. by us.
5.Kittens sold as pets must be spayed/altered by the buyer before the kitten is 6 (six) months of age or within one month of purchase. The buyer agrees to prevent this cat/kitten from breeding. Registration papers, pedigree and ownership papers will be given to the buyer upon providing proof of alteration by a certified vet.
6.Buyer agrees that if this kitten is purchased as a male breeder, it will not be used for outside stud service. When the buyer is done using this kitten/cat for stud service, he is to be neutered and not resold as a breeder without written permission of the seller.
7.Buyer agrees that if this kitten is purchased as a female breeder, she is to be spayed and not resold as a breeder when buyer is done breeding her unless written permission is given from the seller.
8.If the kitten is sold as a show kitten/cat, it means that the features the kitten have are in line with the breed standard. There are no guarantee of Show Quality, unless the kitten/cat being sold has been shown and has placed in at least one final in an official cat show.
9.The buyer will notify Pizzazz Bengals if it becomes necessary for you to place kitten/cat in a different home. Under no circumstances will the purchased kitten/cat be placed in a shelter, or abandoned.
10.We prefer that our kittens are picked up and not shipped. Shipping will be considered only in special circumstances.
11.Pizzazz Bengals reserves the right to refuse to sell our kittens to anyone that we do not feel will provide an appropriate home for our bengals.
